Sunday Night Reflections

  • The study in the book of James has been pretty amazing. It's taken us to so many different places that I believe God wants us to go. Lots of practical teaching there, but also lots of opportunities to simply respond to God's Spirit.
  • Tonight's service was just awesome! I believe God truly ministered to people who really needed a touch from Him. I just enjoyed being in His presence and receiving His grace and power. It was just awesome!
  • What a beautiful rain we've received over the last two days! It's been coming down gently but steadily. Thank you, God! I realize we still have lots of very hot days left this summer, but this fall-like weather was a nice interruption.
  • Last Wednesday at InterMission, I laid out some of the plans for our fall campaign, Nothing's Too Hard for God. All I can say is "Get ready!" Get ready to pray, to work hard, and to see God do some amazing things.
  • This coming Sunday, we will have an anointing service for all the students and teachers who will be returning to school. Don't miss it!
  • Have a great week!
