My dad

Today would've been my dad's birthday. He's been on my mind a lot this past week, especially after a friend gave me this picture of my dad with a group of ministers taken in the late 1960's. My dad is on the far right.

Sunday Night Reflections

How can I know if I committed the unpardonable sin? Is it ever OK to tell a lie? What should I tell my children about Santa Claus? Those are three questions that we addressed tonight in the first week of a series called Q & A . Each week of this series, we will address questions that people ask about the Bible or about life in general. I had another birthday a couple of days ago. It was a time for me to reflect and realize that God sure has blessed me! I'm healthy, I have a great wife and four healthy and blessed children, and I pastor a great church! We love poorly. That's why we have broken relationships in our lives. Find out how to repair them in your small groups this week. I pray you'll have a great week as you adjust to the time change. I don't adjust as quickly as I used to; I think I'll be ready for bed by 8 or 9 each evening. Blessings!
